Candace, here's how to blog

You can access Blogger via your e-mail account or by going to http"//blogger.com.  The username and password are the same as your e-mail.

Either way, you will get to a page that looks like this:

From here, just click on the pencil to start new post.  Then you get a screen that looks like this:

In the Post box, type the title and, under the compose button, type your thoughts, feelings, updates and all that stuff.

It is always better to add photos.  For one they make your blog posts prettier and for two these photos are picked up by Facebook and Twitter. Add photos by clicking the "Insert Image" button above.  It looks like a picture.  You may add photos from websites if you have the link, from the Picassa photo sharing account attached to your e-mail account (if you have stored photos there) or just upload them form your computer.

Click "Preview" (above right button) to see your post before you Publish it.  After you publish the post, it will appear on your Facebook Fan Pages, your Wall and on Twitter.  Your blog updates to these every six hours -- or four times a day.

Hope you like your new blog!

First Post

As a life-long artist working in a variety of mediums, I have found photography to be truly expressive of the beauty that surrounds us, the joy in a smile and the wonder in Nature.

I believe that peace comes from joy and joy from peace. I endeavor to convey joy and peace through my photography.
